A burgonya a legnagyobb mennyiségben fogyasztott zöldségféle hazánkban. Ezen belül a bioburgonya felvevőpiaca is stabilnak mondható, sőt növekvő érdeklődés mutatkozik iránta. A biotermesztők a fokozódó felvásárlási igényt eddig főleg a közismert fajták ökológiai termesztésével igyekeztek kielégíteni, de a konvencionális körülmények között bevált burgonyák nem mindig bizonyultak alkalmasnak az ökológiai termesztésre. Annak érdekében, hogy pontos adatok és megfigyelések birtokában tehessünk javaslatot a biogazdák számára az ökológiai gazdálkodásban ajánlott burgonyafajtákra, 2012-ben burgonya fajtakísérletet állítottunk be az ország több tájegységében.
Summary translation
Potato is the vegetables we consume in the greatest amount in our country. We can also say that the purchasing base is stable, and the spehere of interest for this type is even increasing. The organic farmers have been trying to satisfy the increasing needs with the notorious potato varieties, but potato varieties which are good for conventional conditions are not always suitable for organic cultivation. In order to be able to give suggestions to organic farmers with accurate datas and observation about potato varieties, we had experimented the potato varieties in some regions in the country in 2012.
