Summary
O tema dessa pesquisa é a produção e o mercado de frutas, legumes e verduras orgânicos na região de influência econômica de Goiânia - GO. Os objetivos centrais da pesquisa são caracterizar a base produtiva e os mercados de hortifrutícolas orgânicos, nesta região, destacando as contradições e as relações presentes entre os elos da cadeia. Tem-se como hipótese que a base produtiva de FLV orgânicos não consegue atender a demanda de mercado existente em Goiânia, devido a problemas de ordem técnica, econômica e organizacional. O marco referencial teórico foi elaborado a partir da produção científica desenvolvida sobre a Agroecologia, sendo que o aporte metodológico para levantamento e análise dos dados da pesquisa está fundamentado na teoria do Diagnóstico dos Sistemas Agrários. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a produção orgânica de frutas, verduras e legumes na região de influência econômica de Goiânia é feita por dois grupos de agricultores filiados à Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Agricultura Orgânica de Goiás e à Associação Agroecológica Vale Vivo. A atual produção orgânica enfrenta problemas de ordem tecnológica, organizacional e econômica. O mercado dos produtos orgânicos está restrito às feiras e às cestas de alimentos orgânicos e, as demandas dos mercados varejistas e da CEASA/GO não são atendidas. A resolução destes problemas passa pela ampliação e pelo acesso aos programas e às políticas públicas disponíveis para o desenvolvimento da Agroecologia e da agricultura familiar.
Summary translation
The theme of that research is the production and the market o f fruits, vegetables and organics greens, in the area o f economical influence o f Goiânia - GO. The central objectives o f the research are to characterize the productive base and the markets o f organic this o f food, in this area, detaching the contradictions and the present relationships among the links o f the chain. It is had as hypothesis that the productive base o f organic
FVL doesn't get to assist the demand o f existent market in Goiânia, due to problems o forder technical, economical and organizational. The mark theoretical o f the reference was elaborated starting from the scientific production developed on the Ecological Agriculture, and the methodological contribution for rising and analysis o f the data o f the research is based in the theory o f the Diagnosis o f the Agrarian Systems. The results o f the research indicate that the organic production o f fruits, green vegetables and vegetables in the area of economical influence o f Goiânia are made by two groups of farmers adopted to the Association for the Development o f the Organic Agriculture o f Goiás and to the Association o f Ecological Agriculture it is Worth Alive. The current organic production faces problems of order technological, organizational and economical. The market of the organic products is restricted to the fairs and the baskets of organic foods and, the demands of the retail markets and o f CEASA/GO they are not assisted. The resolution o f these problems raisin for the enlargement and for the access to the programs and the available public politics for the development o f the ecological agriculture and o f the family agriculture.
