Tržní produkce kvalitního ekologického ovoce je velmi náročná a vedle odborných znalostí vyžaduje optimální použití dostupných pomocných prostředků. Ekologické ovocnářství by navíc mělo být i vzorem v ekologickém přístupu ke krajině a půdě. Tato publikace mimo jiné ukazuje, jak lze pomocí přirozených biotopů využívat samoregulační schopnosti sadu a které pěstební systémy podporují dobrý zdravotní stav dřevin a usnadňují péči o sad.
Summary translation
Commercial production of good-quality organic fruit is very demanding and, besides specialist knowledge, also requires optimal use of available supplementary means. Organic fruit-growing should also be exemplary in the organic approach to landscape and soil. This publication shows, among other things, how the self-regulating capability of orchards can be utilised, with the aid of natural biotopes, and which growing systems support healthy trees and simplify care of the orchard.
