Summary
Odborná monografie se zabývá problematikou kontroly a certifikace v ekologickém zemědělství. Nejprve pojednává o systému inspekce v Evropské unii. Následuje rozbor certifikačního systému v České republice. Popsány jsou druhy kontrol a vlastní průběh certifikace. V textu je dále uveden systém certifikace bioprodukce a nastíněn stručný vývoj certifikačních procesů. V přílohách pak čtenář nalezne výtahy z nejdůležitějších právních norem.

The publication deals with the system of control and certification in organic farming. The system of certification in the frame of EU is described at first. Analysis of actual situation in the Czech republic come after. The kind and course of control is described in detail. The system of certification of biopoduction is described in the text with outline of the development certification proceses. The reader find the resume of the main regulation annexed.
