Summary
Die notwendige Preissteigerung zur Erzielung der gleichen Rentabilität bei der Umstellung auf Ökoerzeugung in der Karpfenteichwirtschaft wurde errechnet. Hierbei wurden verschiedene Fallbeispiele berücksichtigt (Betriebsgröße: 2 ha, 10 ha, 50 ha; Regionen: Aischgrund, Oberpfalz und Sachsen). Berechnet wurde sowohl nach den Vorgaben von Verbänden als nach den Vorgaben der VO (EG) 710/2009. Der Mehrpreis zum Erzielen der gleichen Rentabilität wie vor der Umstellung liegt je nach Betriebsgröße und Region sowie Vermarktungsgewicht bei Umstellung nach Verbandsrichtlinien zwischen 0,09 € und 1,33 €. Bei Umstellung unter Berücksichtigung der VO (EG) 710/2009 liegt der erforderliche Mehrpreis zur Erzielung der gleichen Rentabilität wie vor der Umstellung zwischen 0,40 € und 0,67 €/ kg Speisekarpfen in Abhängigkeit von Betriebsgröße und Region.
Summary translation
In order to achieve the same profit margin that was present before the transition to the organic carp production, the necessary price increase was calculated. Several examples were considered (farm size: 2 hectares, 10 hectares, 50 hectares; regions: Aischgrund, Upper Palatinate and Saxony). The calculations were made according to specifications of organic organizations and those of Regulation (EC) 710/2009. The additional price increase in order to achieve the same profit margin as before the transition, depending on farm size, region and market size, lies between €0.09 and €1.33. According to Regulation (EC) 710/2009 the required additional price in order to achieve the same profit margin as before the transition lies between €0.40 and €0.67 / kg of table carp, depending on company size and region.
