Summary
Et europæisk projekt har etableret et kvalitetssikringssystem QACCP, som kan bruges til at optimere økologiske grønsagsprodukters kvalitet. Det kan anvendes på hele produktionskæden fra dyrkning i marken til det forarbejdede produkt.
