Summary

En stor undersøgelse har vi påvist, at indholdet af frie fedtsyrer (FFA) i økologisk mælk er markant lavere end i konventionel mælk. Årsagen til den bedre mælkekvalitet fra økologiske besætninger kan ikke pålægges malketeknikker,
men formodes at skyldes fodringsstrategi eller management.
