Summary

In two years, characterized by climatic conditions favourable to the development of Plasmopara viticola, cupric products at low dose and alternative compounds have been tested for the control of downy mildew in organic vineyard. Copper compounds have shown to control downy mildew in a satisfactory way; the alternative compounds were not resulted in a satisfactory control of the pathogen.
