Summary
Bio Suisse met tout en œuvre pour une application crédible de son slogan "Bourgeon dessus? Bio dedans!". Ceci implique notamment un affouragement respectant les besoins spécifiques des animaux et provenant le plus possible de l'agriculture biologique. L'objectif affouragement 100 % biologique est atteint pour les ruminants depuis fin mars 2009. Pour les non-ruminants, la part de fourrages non biologiques diminue de 10 à 5 % début 2010. Cette fiche technique présente les directives valables dès le 1er janvier 2010.
