Summary
Door luchtverontreiniging kwam zwavel jarenlang gratis uit de lucht. Nu dit milieuprobleem is opgelost, krijgt de biologische landbouw steeds meer te maken met zwaveltekorten, zowel in gewasproductie als in dierproductie. Hoe komen deze tekorten tot uiting en wat is eraan te doen?

Farmers used to get sulfur for free because of air pollution. Since this environmental problem is resolved, organic agriculture gets more and more to do with sulfur deficiencies, in both crop production and in animal production. How do these deficits manifest and how to solve them?
