Summary

In 2000s blight attacks one month earlier in Finland than in 1980s - observations in other Nordic countries similar.
In trials rate of epidemic development has not changed, epidemics only start earlier - does not support general view of faster defoliation than before.
In short rotations blight starts 10 days earlier than in good rotations - supported by data and observations in other Nordic countries.
