Summary in the original language of the document

Summary translation

To investigate the possibilties to regulate the necrosis of the black elderberry is the first aim of the project. Taking technical cultivation action into account, for example the influence of prunning to the rate of infestation of the necrosis the stage of development in wich the phatogen appears should be determined. From these results the determination of the main infektion can be made to work out an optimal termination of application. Because there are no treament stategies to combat the necrosis in the organic elderberry growing by now, there should follow tests of different in the organic fruit growing accredited preperations. The aim is to develop a relevant practice stategie to combat the necrosis with the combination of different methods and after that to establish them to the cultivation practice.
To work out a relevant method to combat the necrosis its necessary to determine the timing of appeareance of the phatogen and the phatogen itself wich is responsible for the appeareance of the necrosis. In Austria fusarium, alternaria and phoma were found in fungus isolates, while colletrotrichum and ascochyta as the main causer of the necrosis were found in the LVG in Erfurt. With a phytomedicinic diagnostic of phatogens in the trial fields between May and September the occurrence and the constitution of the phatogens wich causes the symptoms should be darify. Parallel the suitability of different in the organic fruit growing accredited preparations to combat the necrosis is conducted. Also the influence of the cultivation management to the rate of infestation should be determined.
