La culture biologique de fruits à pépins s’est fortement développée au cours de ces dernières années : les superficies actuellement plantées permettent d’obtenir des récoltes plus ou moins à la hauteur de la demande du marché. Moyennant quelques efforts, il devrait être possible d’augmenter encore cette production, à tous les niveaux, mais à un rythme ralenti.
