2005 hat die Kommission einen Entwurf zur EU-Öko-Verordnung vorgelegt. Weil sich der Öko-Sektor unzureichend in die Ausarbeitung eingebunden sah,hat ein heftiges Ringen um Regelungen und Artikel eingesetzt. Im März soll die neue Verordnung verabschiedet werden.
