engabstract: The submitted study evaluated seeds of different provenance (conventional, certified for organic farming and farm seeds) in the 9 tested varieties of spring cereals (common wheat, common barley and emmer). The spectrum of evaluations included the assessment of varietal authenticity and contents of selected chemical and technological parameters including macro and microelements. The results confirmed the effect of the provenance in the most of tested parameters. In the farm seed, we detected specific genotypes which did not correspond with the electrophoretic pattern of any registered wheat variety in the Czech Republic and we also found a certain number of heterozygous seeds. In the macroelements, we detected the trends of content increasing or decreasing in the farm seeds of wheat and barley respectively. In the set of other parameter analyses, it is possible to emphasize the highest values of falling number in the farm seed of wheat and barley varieties (above 400 s). Which could potentially signalize a lower amylase activity corresponding with deteriorate germinating activity.

abstract: V předložené práci jsou hodnocena osiva různé provenience (konvenční, certifikované ze systému ekologického zemědělství a farmářské) u vybraných devíti odrůd jarních obilnin (pšenice seté, ječmen setý a pšenice dvouzrnka). Spektrum hodnocení zahrnoval stanovení odrůdové čistoty osiva a vybrané základní chemicko-technologické parametry včetně obsahu makro a mikroprvků. Z výsledků vyplývá, že vliv provenience se projevil u většiny sledovaných vlastností. Ve vzorcích farmářského osiva se vyskytovaly zejména genotypy, které neodpovídaly svým elektroforetickým spektrem žádné v ČR z registrovaných odrůd a byl identifikován i určitý počet heterozygotních zrn. Byl potvrzen trend nárůstu resp. poklesu makroprvků u farmářského osiva pšenice resp. ječmene. V rámci dalších parametrů lze zdůraznit zjištěné nejvyšší hodnoty čísla poklesu u farmářského osiva  pšenice a ječmene (nad 400 s) signalizující potenciálně nižší amylázovou aktivitu a tedy možný horší průběh klíčení zrna.
