engabstract: The key to successful production of stone fruits in organic agriculture is the regulation of numerous diseases and pests. Besides preventive measures, including e.g. the use of resistant species and production under protective coverings, many methods of direct protection are also currently available. This publication presents the diseases and pests affecting stone fruits and describes the methods that fruit-growers can use to protect against them.

abstract: Klíčem k úspěšné produkci peckovin v ekologickém zemědělství je regulace četných chorob a škůdců. Vedle preventivních opatření, mezi něž patří např. použití odolných odrůd a produkce pod ochranným krytem, je v současnosti k dispozici také mnoho metod přímé ochrany. Tato publikace představuje choroby i škůdce peckovin a ukazuje možnosti, jak se proti nim může ovocnář bránit.
