Summary
Für viele Getreidearten gilt die Saatgut-Verfügbarkeitsstufe 1. Das heisst: Es gibt ausreichend Biosaatgut von Sorten, die sich für den Bioanbau eignen, und es werden keine Bewilligungen für konventionelles Saatgut erteilt. Doch bei manchen Kulturen gibt es nicht mehr genügend, die Bestände sind ausverkauft. So wurden zum Beispiel Winterhafer und Dinkel am 25. September in die Verfügbarkeitsstufe 2 umgestuft.
