Summary
La production de soja est amenée à se développer, lentement mais sûrement pour le soja alimentaire, et rapidement pour le soja fourrager. En effet, étant donné la forte augmentation du nombre de producteurs bio, les cultures permettant de diversifier la rotation culturale tout en répondant aux besoins du marché sont impérativement recherchées, et le soja fourrager en fait partie. Le désherbage est le facteur principal sur lequel le producteur peut agir afin de diminuer les coûts de production.
