Summary
Dans la gestion du parasitisme, en particulier dans les élevages biologiques et/ou tout herbe, de nouvelles approches se développent, avec notamment la prise en compte des effets environnementaux négatifs des antiparasitaires large spectre à forte rémanence ou encore le développement des résistances aux molécules. Le but n'est plus de chercher à éradiquer les populations parasitaires mais de gérer ces dernières et de favoriser l'immunité des herbivores hôtes. Pour cela, il faut combiner divers leviers, comme le présente cet article : une gestion optimale des pâturages, un chargement raisonné, une alternance des pâtures et des coupes, la sélection des animaux les plus résistants, la bonne santé des animaux, la phyto et/ou l'aromathérapie, l'utilisation de certaines légumineuses à tanin... Le parasite devient un « cohabitant » à ménager et, pour cela, il faut mobiliser l'ensemble de nos connaissances et des moyens variés.
Summary translation
In the management of parasitism, particularly in organic livestock and/or any grass, new approaches are developing, including taking into account the negative environmental effects of broad spectrum, highly persistent pesticides and the development of resistance to molecules. The objective is no longer to seek to eradicate parasitic populations but to manage them and promote the immunity of host herbivores. To do this, it is necessary to combine various levers, as presented in this article: optimal pasture management, rational loading, alternating pasture and cutting, selection of the most resistant animals, good animal health, phyto and/or aromatherapy, the use of certain legumes with tannin... The parasite becomes a "cohabitant" to be treated and, to do so, we must mobilize all our knowledge and various means.
