Summary

Summary translation

Poultry production in organic farming differs from conventional poultry regarding feed, buildings , medication and access to outdoor activity. The animals have better opportunity to practice natural behavior but f.Ex. outdoor activity may give animals a more unstable environment
and create greater challenges. Different breeds and
hybrids can be more or less adapted to different production systems.
