Summary
De gangbare en de biologische spinazieteelt lopen tegen dezelfde problemen aan die een duurzame teelt in de weg staan. Met name aanpassing aan lage stikstofgehaltes in de bodem en ontwikkeling van duurzame resistentie tegen valse meeldauw of ‘wolf’ (Peronospora farinosa). Veredelingsresultaten van de afgelopen jaren en plannen voor de komende jaren worden besproken.

Conventional and organic spinach cultivation run into the same problems that sustainable crop stand in the way.
