Summary
O Projeto de Lei nº 1.876/99, tramitando atualmente no Senado Federal, é um substitutivo do Código Florestal Brasileiro. A proposta de novo Código Florestal, de autoria do deputado federal Aldo Rebelo (PCdoB-SP), segundo a crítica da comunidade científica e de variados movimentos sociais, trará impactos profundamente danosos à biodiversidade dos ecossistemas brasileiros e, por conseguinte, afetará as populações humanas. No presente artigo, o mencionado Projeto de Lei é analisado, contrastando-o com o paradigma da Educação do Campo, de modo a evidenciarmos que ambos são antíteses inconciliáveis. Destarte, caso o PL seja aprovado e sancionado, representará profundo embargo à consolidação da Educação do Campo.
Summary translation
The Project Law nº. 1876/99, process currently in the Federal Senate is a substitute for the Brazilian Forest Code. The proposed new Forest Code, authored by politician Aldo Rebelo (PCdoB-SP), for the criticism of the scientific community and various social movements, will bring profoundly damages and terrible impacts on the biodiversity of brazilian ecosystems and therefore affect human population. In this article, this Project Law is analyzed, contrasting it with the paradigm of education on country society, in order to show that both are irreconcilable antitheses. Thus, if this Project will be approved and sanctioned, will represents hindrance for the consolidation of Education on Country Society.
