Summary
Ze strany ekologických zemědělců je zájem o pěstování jarních forem pšenice špaldy (Triticum spelta L.), proto jsme zhodnotili agronomicky významné znaky a pekařskou jakost šesti krajových odrůd jarní špaldy. Hodnocené odrůdy byly náchylné k chorobám pšenice a k poléhání. Výnos tvořily délkou klasu a hmotností tisíce zrn. Výnos zrna byl na nižší úrovni, ale hektarový výnos hrubého proteinu byl na stejné úrovni. Předností jarních špald byl vysoký obsah proteinu a mokrého lepku, který však byl slabší a méně bobtnavý.
Summary translation
Organic farmers are interested in the growing of spring spelt wheat forms (Triticum spelta L.). Therefore, the important agronomical characteristics and baking quality of six spring spelt wheat landraces were studies and evaluated. The studied and evaluated cultivars inclined to lodging and wheat diseases. They formed their yield rate by a length of spike and weight of one thousand grains. The grain yield was lower, however, the crude protein yield per hectare achieved the same level. The spring spelt wheat forms outstand in the high protein content and wet gluten content; the gluten was, nevertheless, weaker and less swelling.
