Summary
Das Angebot ökologisch produzierten Frischgemüses ist in Deutschland in den letzten Jahren gestiegen. Jedoch wurde dieses Wachstum zum großten Teil durch Importe realisiert. Die Entwicklung der deutschen Bio Produktion ist vergleichsweise gering - konventionelle Absatzketten, wie auch der Naturkosthandel fragen jedoch verstärkt regional produziertes Obst und Gemüse nach. Es stellt sich die Frage, was erforderlich ist, um Angebot und Nachfrage nachhaltig zu entwickeln. Dieses Paper präsentiert den in dem 3-Jahres Projekt BIOKOOP eingesetzten Aktionsforschungsansatz. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf den Ergebnissen der Systemanalyse als Vorbedingungen für gezielte Lenkungseingriffe. Die Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses der Situation und die systemtheoretische Darstellung der Causal Loops sind dabei adäquate Methoden, um Veränderungsprozesse in interdependenten Handlungssystemen zu begleiten.
Summary translation
The offer of fresh organic vegetable in the German retail chains has increased in the last years. However, this market growth has been realised to a large extend by imports. The development of German organic fruit and vegetable production has been comparatively slow – conventional as well as specialised organic retail chains ask for more regionally produced fruit and vegetable. What is required to develop supply and demand sustainably? The aim of this study is to develop methods for better coordination in organic value chains. This paper presents the action research methodology applied in the three-year project BIOKOOP with special focus on system analysis as precondition for targeted action intervention. The development of joint understanding of the problem situation and the system-theoretic illustration of causal loops are suitable methods to accompany change processes in interdependent action systems.
