Summary
Danske økologiske landmænd kan måske se frem til at deres planteafgrøder ender som ingrediens i foder til økologiske regnbueørreder i danske dambrug. Der er begrænsede mængder fiskemelsprotein til rådighed på verdensmarkedet og derfor vil planteprotein i et vist omfang komme til at erstatte fiskemel i foderblandinger til opdræt af fisk i dambrug.

The Danish agricultural farmers of organic plant protein crops may anticipate that a part of their proction are used for feed for organic fish. The limitted resources of fish meal available on the world market put the need of replacing the fish meal protein with plant protein in aquaculture feeds.
