This webinar is an overview on the conversion to organic process. It is addressed to US farmers, especially in the part dedicated to the certification. It presents a series of topics that should be taken into consideration when planning the conversion. This will be useful for conventional farmers, even in Europe, that can use webinar information as a sort of checklist when planning for conversion. The presenter stress the concept of soil health as a function of organic matter content and biology activity. The major point to start working at is to build a healthy soil!
