      <epdcx:valueString>L'impianto è composto da un'attrezzatura per il congelamento rapido e la successiva conservazione a -30°C. Inoltre è installata una cella di conservazione refrigerata a +4°C. Le attrezzature sono montate su autocarro Daily Iveco in modo che possano essere trasportate sul luogo di utilizzo. Le celle di conservazione a -30°C e a +4°C funzionano anche durante il viaggio in modo da assicurare la continuità della catena del freddo.</epdcx:valueString>
