title: Horticultural weed control in organic systems – a modelling approach creator: Grundy, Andrea C creator: Turner, Rebecca J subject: Weed management subject: Education, extension and communication subject: Specific methods description: This report was presented at the UK Organic Research 2002 Conference. Weed control is an important yet mainly unaddressed research issue in organic systems. At present there is little agronomic support to underpin weed management decisions. Computer modelling and simulation techniques may provide a valuable tool for understanding the nature and processes of the organic system thus generating knowledge and information of direct benefit to growers, which will aid in short and long term weed management strategies. publisher: Organic Centre Wales, Institute of Rural Studies, University of Wales Aberystwyth contributor: Powell, Jane contributor: et al., date: 2002 type: Conference paper, poster, etc. type: NonPeerReviewed format: application/pdf identifier: http://orgprints.org/8432/1/grundy_turner_Modelling_horticultural_weed.pdf identifier: Grundy, Andrea C and Turner, Rebecca J (2002) Horticultural weed control in organic systems – a modelling approach.
