We discuss the possible reasons for this and also examine why the literature on this subject is frequently contradictory. %K Colloquium of organic researchers, COR; organic farming; conventional farming; soil organic matter %P 137-138 %E Jane Powell %E et al. %D 2002 %I Organic Centre Wales, Institute of Rural Studies, University of Wales Aberystwyth %L orgprints8267
