  "abstract": "Food safety ensures the maintenance and long-term preservation of health. The results of my research (n=697) show that the customers of organic shops expect the technological and functional features of foods to provide that safety. Those factors have a bigger impact on their product selection decisions than on that of average Hungarian consumers.",
