Organic EprintsSortenversuche im Biogemüsebau 2005: ZwischenresultateMartinKollerauthorMartinLichtenhahnauthorFolgende Resultate konnten bei Sortenversuche auf Biobetriebe festgestellt werden: Im Vergleich zwischen Bolero F1 und Siroco F1 wies erstere bei vergleichbarem Ertreag und Blattgesundheit einen deutlich höheren Zuckergehalt auf. Siroco F1 zeichnete sich durch eine sehr glatte Oberfläche und gute Innendurchfärbung aus. Bei direkt gesäten Zwiebeln wiesen Tamara F1 (3 Betriebe) und Summit F1 (nur 1 Betrieb) den besten Ertrag und Qualität auf. Bei den gesteckten Zwiebelsorten war die Steckgutqualität entscheidend, Unterscheide gab es in der Frühzeitigkeit (Forum F1 und Jetset F1 am frühsten). Bei Sortenversuche mit Spinat war im Frühling und Herbst die Sorte Falcon F1 am ertragreichsten, schosste aber am schnellsten. Dolphin F1 schosste später.
