Die Wirkungen der Umstellung auf den biologischen Landbau auf Boden, Wasser, Flora und Fauna werden anhand ausgewählter Eigenschaften erfasst. Entsprechend der Konzeption des Betriebs werden drei Düngungsvarianten verglichen. Die Bedeutung verschiedener vorhandener Biotope (Gehölzstreifen, Hecken, ...) wird charakterisiert und neue, ergänzende Biotope sollen geplant und angelegt werden.&#13;
