Project aims: Study of the possibility to produce organic Table Grapes under Swiss climate and economical conditions Methodology: On farm trials, consumers taste test, variety testing and plant protection strategies in replicated field trials. Results, conclusion, state of the art: A quality organic production of Muscat Garnier and Muscat de la Birse has been established. However, protection from rain is necessary in order to improve visual quality.
