In Laboruntersuchungen des Projektes soll der Kupferbelag von Blättern (Blattober- und unterseite) und Trauben nach jedem Spritztermin gemessen werden. Geklärt werden soll, ob der Kupferbelag von Blättern auch direkt im Freiland gemessen werden kann. Dazu werden Blätter mit einem geeigneten Extraktionsmittel durch Schütteln von Hand abgewaschen. Mittels eines Merck-Schnelltests soll dann der Kupfergehalt bestimmt werden.
