Organic EprintsProduktion mit und ohne Gentechnik: Standards für die Koexistenz und WarenflusstrennungKarinNowackauthorZusammenfassung Das neue Bundesgesetz über die Gentechnik im Ausserhumanbereich (Gentechnikgesetz, GTG, SR 814.91) schreibt vor, dass beim Umgang mit gentechnisch veränderten Organismen die Produktion ohne GVO und die Wahlfreiheit der Konsumentinnen nicht beeinträchtigt werden darf. Es ist festgelegt, dass beim Umgang mit GVO Vermischungen mit nicht veränderten Organismen vermieden werden müssen und dass Spuren von GVO als unbeabsichtigt gelten, wenn die Kennzeichnungspflichtigen nachweisen, dass sie die Warenflüsse sorgfältig erfasst und kontrolliert haben. Die vorliegende Studie zeigt in einem ersten Teil auf, welche Massnahmen die gentechnikfreie Produktion, insbesondere der Biolandbau ergreift, um die Warenflüsse zu erfassen und zu kontrollieren. Auch ein bestehender Standard für die Produktion mit GVO wird aufgeführt.
