Seit 1994 wird Kleinhohenheim biologisch-dynamisch bewirtschaftat. Die Versuchsstation umfasst ca. 60 ha Nutzfläche, die zur einen Hälfte als ackerbaulich und zur anderen Hälfte als Grünland genutzt wird. Auf dem Betrieb werden Fleischschafe gehalten (250 Mutterschafe plus Nachzucht). Kleinhohenheim ist Mitglied bei Demeter, Bioland und Naturland und wird jährlich entsprechend zertifiziert.
