Organic EprintsEntwicklung eines Standardkontrollprogramms mit Leitfaden nach VO (EWG) Nr. 2092/91 in Einrichtungen der Ausser-Haus-Verpflegung (AHV)Die EU-Verordnung Ökologischer Landbau (VO (EWG) Nr. 2092/91) regelt seit 1991 die Erzeugung, Verarbeitung und den Import von Lebensmitteln aus ökologischem Landbau. Auch in der Außer-Haus-Verpflegung (AHV) gewinnen Produkte des Ökologischen Landbaus zunehmend an Bedeutung. Neuesten Regelungen zufolge gelten AHV-Unternehmen als „Aufbereiter“ im Sinne des Artikel 4 Nr. 3 der EG-Öko-VO, daher müssen sie sich dem in Artikel 9 in Verbindung mit Anhang III vorgesehenen Kontrollverfahren unterziehen. Die Umsetzung der Etikettierungsanforderungen des Artikel 5, die Dokumentationsanforderungen und die Mindestkontrollanforderungen des Anhang III EG-Öko-VO stoßen in der Außer-Haus-Verpflegung auf besondere Probleme. Bisher liegen kaum Erfahrungen mit der Zertifizierung von Einrichtungen der Außer-Haus-Verpflegung bei den zugelassenen Kontrollstellen und den Überwachungsbehörden vor. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes sollen daher die Vorgaben der EG-Öko-VO für Einrichtungen der Außer-Haus-Verpflegung sektorspezifisch interpretiert und auf den gesetzlichen Anforderungen basierende Qualitätssicherungskonzepte und externe Kontrollkonzepte entwickelt werden. Zielgruppe des Projektes sind damit Einrichtungen der Außer-Haus-Verpflegung, staatlich zugelassene Kontrollstellen, die Überwachungsbehörden der Länder sowie BLE und BMVEL.
