Organic EprintsAufbau eines Monitoring-Systems für Obst und Gemüse im NaturkosthandelProjektziel ist es, am Beispiel eines Teilmarktes den Verbraucherschutz um ein weiteres Element zu erweitern. Die zugrundeliegende These lautet: Wenn ein Lieferant durch Pestizidrückstände im Spurenbereich auffällt, muss bei Kontrolle und Handel die Aufmerksamkeit erhöht werden. Es gibt bisher kaum Grundlagen, um zu beurteilen, ob die Höhe eines Rückstandes typisch für eine Region, für die Belastung durch Abdrift oder durch eine Altlast ist oder ob Betrug dahinter steckt. Entsprechendes Datenmaterial soll durch ein Monitoring-System erhoben werden. Die so gewonnenen Daten können für eine Integration des Kontrollansatzes der Prozess- und der Produktkontrolle genutzt werden. Auf der Grundlage der statistischen Auswertung des Datenmaterials können Kontrollstellen eigene Analyseergebnisse besser einschätzen und ohne weitere Kontrollen mögliche Ursachen von Rückständen ausschließen. Die am Projekt teilnehmenden Unternehmen werden durch die koordinierte Datenerhebung, die Einrichtung eines zusätzlichen Präventionssystems und den Aufbau eines Unternehmensnetzwerkes zur Nutzung von Synergien unterstützt.
