Organic EprintsEinsatz von Getreidekeimen in der GeflügelfütterungIm Rahmen eines Fütterungsversuches mit Küken, Jung- und Legehennen wird überprüft, inwieweit der Einsatz von gekeimtem Getreide (im Versuch: Weizen) es ermöglicht, Bio-Futtermischungen für die genannten Altersabschnitte zu erstellen und einzusetzen, die zu 100% aus ökologisch produzierten Komponenten bestehen. In zwei zeitlich versetzten Durchgängen werden in vier Abteilen jeweils 55 Küken eingestallt und bis zur 31. Lebenswoche gehalten. Ein Abteil erhält Kontrollrationen ohne, die drei anderen Rationen mit gekeimten Samen. Die technische Einrichtung und Programmierung des für den Versuch notwendigen Keimautomaten erfolgt in Kooperation mit der Firma OWISAN.
