Organic EprintsAuswertung der Pestizidgehalte von Lebensmitteln ökologischer und nichtökologischer Herkunft des deutschen Marktes im Zeitraum 1994 - 2002In diesem Projekt wird die Pestizidbelastung von ökologisch und konventionell erzeugten Lebensmitteln verglichen. Durch weitgehenden Verzicht auf Pflanzenschutzmittel sind bei der ökologischen Erzeugung von Lebensmitteln geringere Pestizidgehalte zu erwarten. Es liegen bislang keine konkreten wissenschaftlich gesicherten Daten der in den letzten Jahren in Deutschland gehandelten Lebensmittel vor. Bei der KWALIS GmbH wurden für Handel und Produzenten mehrere tausend Proben sowohl ökologisch als auch konventionell erzeugter Lebensmittel auf Pestizidrückstände untersucht. Nach Sichtung, Prüfung auf Auswertbarkeit und EDV-Eingabe sowie statistischer Auswertung sollen die Daten bzw. Ergebnisse der Statistik mit entsprechenden Daten öffentlicher Untersuchungsprogramme verglichen und in einem wissenschaftlichen Bericht dargestellt werden.
