A.8 sowie darauf aufbauenden privatrechtlichen Regelungen definiert – gilt unter allen Landbewirtschaftungsformen als die umweltschonendste. Zudem trägt sie den Anforderungen an eine nachhaltige Landwirtschaft in hohem Maße Rechnung. Dies deshalb, da sich der Biologische Landbau an folgenden Prinzipien orientiert:&#13;
• Streben nach weitgehend geschlossenen Stoffkreisläufen im landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, &#13;
• Stärkung und Nutzung natürlicher Selbstregulationsmechanismen, &#13;
• Schonender Umgang mit nicht erneuerbaren Rohstoffen und Energieressourcen, &#13;
• Erhaltung und Verbesserung der Vielfalt der Arten und des Landschaftsbildes sowie &#13;
