Organic EprintsSaatgutgesundhei:Sicherstellung von biologischem Saat- und Pflanzgut: Verbesserung der Saat- und Pflanzgutgesundheit im Biogemüsebau Samenbürtige Krankheiten verursachen bei vielen Gemüsekulturen grossen Schaden. Zurzeit sind physikalische Verfahren (z.B. Dampf, Warmwasser, Bürsten, Elektronen), Pflanzliche Mittel (Gelbsenfmehl) und lebende Organismen (z.B. Pseudomonas chlororaphis) in Prüfung, bzw. bereits in Anwendung. Mit diesem Projekt wird die Produktion von hochwertigem, gesundem Gemüsesaatgut unterstützt. Einerseits suchen wir für einige Schlüsselkulturen nach biotauglichen Methoden und Mitteln, um Saatgut gegen samenübertragbare Krankheiten zu behandeln. Andererseits unterstützen wir die Praxis mit Diagnostik (Bestimmung der Krankheitserreger und des Befalls) und Beratung (vorbeugende Massnahmen, Vorgehen bei Befall).
