Allerdings definiert sich die biologische Landwirtschaft nicht als elitär, und trachtet nach fairen Beziehungen zwischen ProduzentInnen und KonsumentInnen. Einen Beitrag zur Verständigung zwischen Produktion und Konsum leisten auch Initiativen einer „gemeinschaftlich getragenen Landwirtschaft“. Dabei werden Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten in unterschiedlicher Form an der Produktion beteiligt, sei es durch Gemüseabonnements oder durch die aktive Mitarbeit auf dem Feld. Allerdings hat sich gezeigt, dass auch diese Initiativen insbesondere eine gut gebildete und eher gut situierte Kundenschicht anziehen. Die Frage ist, wie das Potential des Biolandbaus und der gemeinschaftlich getragenen Landwirtschaft verbunden werden kann, um möglichst viele Menschen anzusprechen, sie für eine gesunde Ernährung zu sensibilisieren und ihnen den Zugang zu entsprechenden Nahrungsmitteln zu ermöglichen. Im Workshop sollen voranging folgende Fragen beantwortet werden: • Wie exklusiv ist der Biolandbau tatsächlich? • Wie können gewisse Gruppen, die durch eine geringere Bildung und ein niedriges Einkommen gekennzeichnet sind (z.B. PensionistInnen, MigrantInnen, Arbeitslose), für Bioprodukte gewonnen werden? • Welchen Beitrag kann gemeinschaftlich getragene Landwirtschaft leisten, um das „exklusive“ Image des Biolandbaus abzubauen? • Wie könnte das geschehen bzw. welche Unterstützung (von wem?) ist dazu notwendig?
