title: Resource efficiency of organic and low input systems in comparison to intensive agriculture creator: Thorup-Kristensen, Kristian creator: Brennan, Mary creator: Halberg, Niels creator: Cooper, Julia creator: Lampkin, Nic creator: Niggli, Urs subject: Biodiversity and ecosystem services description: QLIF researchers have collected data on the environmental and economic impact of a series of production measures. This will be the basis for this workshop which aims to analyse the efficiency of organic and low-input systems concerning the use of land, nutrients, water energy, and climate change scenarios. Economic efficiency of different production systems with implication for markets and prices will be analysed. Furthermore, we will explore to which extend consumers value environmental benefits. date: 2008 type: Conference paper, poster, etc. type: NonPeerReviewed format: rtf identifier: http://orgprints.org/13352/1/qlif-workshop5-4p-thorup-kristensen%5B1%5D.doc format: rtf identifier: http://orgprints.org/13352/2/qlif-workshop5-abstract-thorup-kristensen%5B1%5D.doc identifier: Thorup-Kristensen, Kristian; Brennan, Mary; Halberg, Niels; Cooper, Julia; Lampkin, Nic and Niggli, Urs (2008) Resource efficiency of organic and low input systems in comparison to intensive agriculture. 4th QLIF Congress in the Frame of the 16th IFOAM Organic World Congress and the 2nd ISOFAR Conference, Modena, Italy, June 19-20, 2008. relation: http://orgprints.org/13352/
