Summary
The bird-flu-expansion to Europe and the following tabloid reporting spark again the fear to fall sick or to die and make people think over their eating habits. Are such scandals maybe a chance for an upswing of organic farming? Generally consumers have high confidence in ecological and regional production methods, animal diseases stabilize preferences for ecological products and remind people to swish to such products.
