Summary
A correlation between generation of new leaves per day of Fatshedera lizei and syn-odical lunar rhythm could be shown in the months of November, December and Janu-ary in the years 1992/1993 and 2005/2006, highly significantly in both years. The maximum of leaf generations was in the year 1992/1993 two days after full moon and in the year 2005/2006 on the day of full moon. The coefficient of determination for this correlation was 56% and 55%. In both years, after February 1st there was no signifi-cant correlation any more between generation of new leaves per day and synodical lunar rhythm. The reasons for the significant correlation between generation of new leaves per day and the synodical lunar rhythm in the months of November, December and January are yet unknown.
