Summary
In this trial it was clarified that feed mixtures with reduced energy content (≤ 11 MJ ME/kg) as well as a lower content of essential Amino Acids (EAA) - at a constant ratio of EAA:ME - can be used with success in an organic turkey fattening enterprise.
