Summary

The develompent of the organic livestock production assumes a multy-disciplinary approach in which one of the essential prerequisites of succes is adequate organization and control of the develompent. The best results maz be expected in application if up-to-date scientific knowledge in management. Adequate strategic planning and aim-oriented management at macro level represents an initial framework on the basis of which the measures of operative management will be carried out at the level an enterprise. Qualitative management and organiyation of market subjects may provide high contribution to successful development of organic livestock production in SEE, as well as global and local promotions of the concept of sustainable development.
