Summary

This part of the programm (1 project) is dedicated to the evaluation of actions of sensitizing and training of the guests of the collective restoration to the interest to consume quality food. The second part is to make sure that the collective restoration is a suitable channel of distribution for quality products by the analysis of the social representations. The aim is to help the concerned organizations to develop better adapted tools.
