Summary

The aim of this part of program (2 projects) is to evaluate the quality of wheat suitable for making organic bread and the contributions to the development of nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the organic breads. The second project compares the quality of lamb meat produced under an organic system versus a conventional system (sensorial and nutritional qualities).
